Joe Biden and his allies in the Democrat Party got some bad news.
Biden’s mental state is about to take center stage in Washington, D.C.
And one star witness just exposed the truth about Joe Biden’s cognitive failure.
Special counsel Robert Hur’s report about Joe Biden stealing classified documents set off a political earthquake.
Hur stated that he couldn’t press charges against Biden even if he wanted to because no jury would convict Biden once they saw his cognitive decline.
“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur wrote.
Hur cited how, during an interview with prosecutors, Biden couldn’t remember even the timeframe of when his son Beau passed away from brain cancer.
“He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died,” Hur stated.
An enraged Biden responded to the Hur report with a primetime press conference where Biden ranted that Hur had no business asking him questions about his son’s death.
“How dare he raise that?” Biden raged. “Frankly, when I was asked a question, I thought to myself, what’s that any of your d— business?”
Biden supporters in the media and Democrat Party piled on, slamming Hur as a MAGA Republican and complaining that his report was “gratuitous.”
But those smears only awakened a sleeping giant.
Hur is now eager to talk both officially and through press stories.
The Judiciary Committee announced Hur would testify in public on March 12.
And Hur’s team made sure NBC News knew Biden complaining that Hur asked intrusive questions about Biden’s son was yet another example of Biden’s cognitive failure as it was really Biden who first broached the subject of Beau’s death.
“But Hur never asked that question, according to two people familiar with Hur’s five-hour interview with the president over two days last October. It was the president, not Hur or his team, who first introduced Beau Biden’s death, they said,” an NBC News exclusive report read.
“Biden raised his son’s death after being asked about his workflow at a Virginia rental home from 2016 to 2018, the sources said, when a ghost writer was helping him write a memoir about losing Beau to brain cancer in 2015. Investigators had a 2017 recording showing that Biden had told the ghost writer he had found ‘classified stuff’ in that home, the report says,” the NBC report added.
Biden fighting with Hur only ensures weeks of debate about Biden’s cognitive state.
And that’s not a place Democrats want to be.
