Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is one of the establishment figures trying to seize back control of the Republican Party from Donald Trump.
Haley took matters into her own hands.
Nikki Haley just attacked Donald Trump with this major 2024 announcement.
Haley announced her 2024 presidential campaign with a video posted on social media.
What stood out was that while Haley never mentioned Trump’s name, Haley took a shot at Trump nonetheless by claiming it was “time for a new generation of leadership.”
Get excited! Time for a new generation.

Haley also alluded to Trump with a dig that Republicans lost the popular vote in seven of the last eight presidential elections.
“Republicans have lost the popular vote in seven out of the last eight presidential elections. That has to change,” Haley added.
That line struck many as notable since Donald Trump was at the top of the ticket in 2016 and 2020.
Haley’s message — that heavily emphasized her race and gender — was lifted straight out of campaign ads from the George W. Bush/John McCain/Mitt Romney version of the Republican Party.
“It’s time for a new generation of leadership to rediscover fiscal responsibility, secure our border and strengthen our country, our pride and our purpose,” Haley continued.
“I was the proud daughter of Indian immigrants. Not black, not white. I was different. But my mom would always say your job is not to focus on the differences, but the similarities. And my parents reminded me and my siblings every day how blessed we were to live in America,” Haley added.
Haley showcasing her woke credentials was not surprising as Haley is an establishment moderate that made her name by virtue signaling to the left.
During the 2016 campaign Nikki Haley compared Donald Trump to a member of the Ku Klux Klan and said she would do everything in her power to defeat Trump.
“I will not stop until we fight a man that chooses not to disavow the K.K.K. That is not a part of our party. That is not who we are,” Haley declared.
After Donald Trump criticized George W. Bush’s decision to invade Iraq after 9/11 Haley claimed she was embarrassed for her daughter.
Haley then endorsed Florida Senator Marco Rubio just before her home-state South Carolina primary.
That proved futile as Trump won the primary by double digits setting him on an unshakeable course to the presidency.
Haley only grew more woke from that point.
In 2020 Haley expressed support for the Black Lives Matter movement claiming during the riots that the death of George Floyd needed to be “painful” for all Americans.
Nikki Haley is running to restore the Bush/Romney wing of the GOP to power.
And her video attacking Donald Trump as a relic from the past is step one in this plot.
