Being Joe Biden’s White House press secretary isn’t an easy job.
But Karine Jean-Pierre makes it look especially difficult.
And Karine Jean-Pierre felt like hell after this humiliating public display.
Joe Biden had another one of his cognitive episodes when he spun a yarn to reporters about the plane his Uncle Ambrose Finnegan flew during World War 2 getting shot down over New Guinea where cannibals proceeded to eat Uncle Ambrose.
“My uncle, they called him – Ambrose, they called him Bosie, and he became an Army Air Corps, before the Air Force came along, he flew those single-engine planes as a reconnaissance over war zones. And he got shot down in New Guinea, and they never found the body because there used to be a lot of cannibals – for real – in that part of New Guinea,” Biden stated.
None of this is true.
A report by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency stated that Uncle Ambrose was a passenger on a plane that went down for “unknown reasons” and that no trace of his remains was recovered.
“For unknown reasons, this plane was forced to ditch in the ocean off the north coast of New Guinea. Both engines failed at low altitude, and the aircraft’s nose hit the water hard,” the report stated.
“Second Lieutenant Ambrose J. Finnegan entered the U.S. Army Air Forces from Pennsylvania and served in Headquarters, Fifth Air Force. He was the passenger on this Havoc when it was lost. He has not been associated with any remains recovered from the area after the war and is still unaccounted-for. Today, Second Lieutenant Finnegan is memorialized on the Walls of the Missing at the Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines,” the report added.
Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked Jean-Pierre why Biden told reporters a made-up story about cannibals devouring his uncle.
Jean-Pierre claimed Biden was having an “emotional, and I think, a symbolic moment.”

Jean-Pierre tried to deflect away from the fact that Joe Biden is either so cognitively impaired that he can no longer distinguish reality from fantasy or he is just a serial liar who made up a story on the spot because it sounded good by claiming Doocy mocked a serious moment.
Doocy shot back that he was asking a question about the actual words Biden spoke about cannibals eating his uncle.
Jean-Pierre couldn’t actually answer this question, so she doubled down on trying to make Doocy the bad guy for beating up on an old man.
“Your last line, it’s for a laugh. It’s for a funny statement and [President Biden] takes this very seriously,” Jean-Pierre scolded. “His uncle, who served and protected this country, lost his life serving and that should matter.”
