Fani Willis’ sex scandal isn’t the only controversy surrounding her persecution of Donald Trump.
Now congressional investigators have their sights set on her office.
And Jim Jordan produced a whistleblower who spells doom for Fani Willis.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan dropped a bombshell during his appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).
Jordan revealed that a whistleblower in Fani Willis’ office came forward to speak with the committee about allegations of corruption.
“We haven’t. So I was talking about this in the office and I said Fani-Wade, like a Freudian slip you know, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade. So no, we haven’t heard back from her yet, we’ll see what we get from her,” Jordan stated. “But there’s a whistleblower in her office who we have talked to, [from] the committee staff.”
Jordan said the whistleblower provided information about allegations Willis fired her after she came forward with information that one of Willis’ campaign aides misused federal grant money for personal use.
“The whistleblower – I think she’s like 4′ foot 11,” Jordan added. “But Fani Willis had seven police, like, escort her out when she fired this lady because this lady raised the concern that Miss Willis was not spending federal funds – not following the rules of the grant dollars in the appropriate manner. So she raised this concern and Fani Willis fired her. She’s now talking with our office and we’ll see where that goes. And that’s why we’ve subpoenaed for records and documents related to this. We’ll see what we get. There’s still a few hours left in today.”
Jordan also recounted Willis’ arrogance and obstinance in dealing with this congressional investigation.
“She also was interesting. Instead of accepting service on the subpoena, she made us send the U.S. Marshals,” Jordan continued. “Even though our office had talked with her office, we’ve had correspondence back and forth. She made the U.S. Marshals take the subpoena there. So go figure this is Fani Willis and we all saw I think her attitude on display when she took the stand a few weeks ago.”
Willis initially came under fire when the Washington Free Beacon broke the story that Fulton County District Attorney’s Office employee member Amanda Timpson recorded a conversation with Willis during a November 19, 2021, meeting where Timpson told Willis about how campaign aide Michael Cuffee allegedly planned to spend federal grant money on vacations and personal computers.
“He wanted to do things with grants that were impossible, and I kept telling him, like, ‘We can’t do that,'” Timpson informed Willis. “He told everybody … ‘We’re going to get MacBooks, we’re going to get swag, we’re going to use it for travel.’ I said, ‘You cannot do that, it’s a very, very specific grant.'”
“I respect that is your assessment,” Willis stated. “And I’m not saying that your assessment is wrong.”
But two months later Willis fired Timpson and had seven armed guards march her out of the building.
Willis is already facing disqualification from her criminal persecution of Donald Trump due to conflict of interest and misuse of taxpayer funds allegations.
Timpson’s testimony could establish a pattern of behavior of misuse of taxpayer money in Willis’ office.
