Joe Biden’s lawless conduct in office is finally catching up with him.
Americans could breathe a sigh of relief.
And Texas just defeated Joe Biden at the Supreme Court in this bombshell victory.
If the public needed any further proof that Joe Biden’s ultimate goal is importing as many illegal aliens into the United States as humanly possible, the administration suing Texas to stop enforcement of a new state law that allows authorities to deport illegal aliens caught crossing the border was proof positive.
The Supreme Court initially blocked the law leading conservatives to wonder if it was all for naught and if there was no one with any political will to stop the Biden illegal alien invasion.
But that mindset quickly flipped with a 6-to-3 decision by the Court allowing the Texas law to take effect and for the state to do the job Joe Biden won’t do and enforce immigration law.
“HUGE WIN: Texas has defeated the Biden Administration’s and ACLU’s emergency motions at the Supreme Court. Our immigration law, SB 4, is now in effect. As always, it’s my honor to defend Texas and its sovereignty, and to lead us to victory in court,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton posted on X.
Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson published an unhinged dissent devoid of any legal reasoning and chock-full of hyperventilating rhetoric.
“The Court gives a green light to a law that will upend the longstanding federal-state balance of power and sow chaos, when the only court to consider the law concluded that it is likely unconstitutional,” the dissent read. “This law implicates serious issues that are subject to ongoing political debate, and Texas’s novel scheme requires careful and reasoned consideration in the courts to determine which provisions may be unconstitutional.”
But conservatives could only celebrate for so long.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett and Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals was still considering the administration’s appeal for an administrative stay blocking the law and that if the government lost at the appellate court level then they would be open to joining the liberals in preventing Texas from implementing its statute to deport illegal aliens to their native countries.
“So far as I know, this Court has never reviewed the decision of a court of appeals to enter—or not enter—an administrative stay,” the concurring opinion read. “I would not get into the business.”
“Texas’s motion for a stay pending appeal was fully briefed in the Fifth Circuit by March 5, almost two weeks ago,” Barrett added. “Merits briefing on Texas’s challenge to the District Court’s injunction of S. B. 4 is currently underway. If a decision does not issue soon, the applicants may return to this Court.”
