Hillary Clinton has been given an unexpected new opportunity.
That’s a complete upheaval from everything she was doing before.
Everything changed for Hillary Clinton with this insane new plan.
Former Secretary of State and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has decided to take a job joining the faculty of Columbia University.
Clinton got a gig working as a professor of practice at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and presidential fellow at Columbia World Projects (CWP) according to an announcement from President Lee C. Bollinger.
Bollinger poured out sycophantic praise for Clinton when making the announcement.
“I have had the great pleasure of knowing Hillary personally for three decades, since her early days as First Lady of the United States. Her public service has expanded since then, most notably in her remarkably successful tenure as Senator for the State of New York, in her impressive role as Secretary of State, and in her two historic and record-breaking presidential campaigns. Given her extraordinary talents and capacities together with her singular life experiences, Hillary Clinton is unique, and, most importantly, exceptional in what she can bring to the University’s missions of research and teaching, along with public service and engagement for the public good,” Bollinger wrote.
Clinton’s time as secretary of state was marred by scandals from her using a personal email account which allegedly was in direct violation of the Federal Records Act and her lies to the American people about Benghazi, but that didn’t stop the elite school from gushing with Clinton’s praises.
“I am honored to join Columbia University, and the School of International and Public Affairs and Columbia World Projects,” Clinton said. “Columbia’s commitment to educating the next generation of U.S. and global policy leaders, translating insights into impact, and helping to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges resonates personally with me. I look forward to contributing to these efforts.”
Clinton made the move into teaching after her Apple TV+ docuseries “Gutsy” was panned by critics as “shallow” and “dull.”
Television critic Angie Han tried to praise “Gutsy,” describing it as “wholesome,” but even she had to admit the flaws with the show.
“However, in its restless, relentless quest for uplift, the series turns away from complexity, depth or even much in the way of personality. While Gutsy’s good intentions make it hard to dislike, its shallowness also makes it difficult to love,” Han said, as she shifted into her caveats with the show.
Han admitted that the show was so bad even Clinton supporters wouldn’t like it.
“Even pro-Clinton viewers, however, might find themselves stumbling over the first obvious issue with Gutsy: namely, that whatever else you think of them as private individuals or public figures, the Clintons are lackluster as TV hosts,” Han noted.
