The Democrat Party’s lawfare scheme against Donald Trump drew blood.
It was a brutal defeat for Trump.
And a judge threw the book at Donald Trump, and you won’t believe what happened next.
Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron and Democrat New York State Attorney General Letitia James teamed together on a show trial to seize Donald Trump’s wealth.
Engoron slapped Trump with a $355 million judgment in James’ nonsense civil fraud suit against the Trump Organization for supposedly inflating its assets.
One example of the absurdity of Engoron’s ruling is he claimed Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 to $27 million because of a tax assessment value when in reality if Mar-a-Lago went on the open market tomorrow it would fetch a price tag of hundreds of millions of dollars.
James never even alleged that Trump actually defrauded anyone.
But James campaigned for office in 2018 on a promise to investigate Trump and this was her making good on that promise.
Engoron – a partisan Democrat – was all too happy to help.
Trump slammed the decision as election interference.
“This Election Interference and tyrannical Abuse of Power by a Crooked Judge and Crooked Attorney General cannot be tolerated. My case was already won in the Appellate Division, and more than 80% of the frivolous claims were wiped out. Yet, as I suspected, and in order to hurt me and the Republican Party politically, Crooked and Corrupt Judge Arthur Engoron ignored his loss at the Appellate Division, and came up with an outrageous $355 Million Dollar fine against me. Using a statute that has never been applied like this before, the Corrupt Judge conspired with the Crooked Attorney General, Letitia James, and punished a liquid and beautiful Corporate Empire that started in New York, and has been successful all around the world,” Trump wrote.
After the decision the manner in which Democrats planned to weaponize Engoron’s absurd ruling became clear as the media howled that Engoron punctured Trump’s image as a successful businessman and that Trump is – for all the world to see – supposedly a “fraud.”
The banks that lent money to Trump all attested to the fact that Trump paid them back and that they made money on transactions.
But the point of this case – as Trump noted – is to punish him for the mere fact that he is Donald Trump.
“There were no victims, and not one person testified there was any fraud. The actual witnesses established my Net Worth exceeded that reported in my Financial Statements as those Statements never included my most valuable Asset – the TRUMP Brand. The Highly Respected Expert Witness said my Financial Statements were among the best he has ever seen. I paid over $300 Million Dollars in taxes to New York City and State, and they want me gone. They are Crazed Lunatics who are destroying everything in their way. It all starts with Biden’s attacks on his Political Opponent!” Trump added.
Trump will now appeal this case and many Trump supporters are hoping that America still has a legal system that hasn’t totally been corrupted by partisan politics.
