Joe Biden thought he had an ace in the hole in the 2024 election.
But Biden’s gamble turned out to be a disaster.
And Donald Trump just turned the tables on Joe Biden with these shocking new poll numbers.
Joe Biden and the Democrats weaponized the justice system at the state and federal level to indict Donald Trump on phony charges as their election 2024 fail-safe.
Biden is one of the most unpopular presidents in history so running on his record is out of the question.
That means the most obvious path available to Biden to win a second term is disqualifying Donald Trump.
But Biden’s schemed to enlist Democrat prosecutors at the state and federal level to file politically motivated sham indictments against Trump to render Trump toxic in the eyes of undecided voters.
That plan backfired.
New Fox Business polls out of Iowa and South Carolina show Donald Trump running away with the GOP nomination.

Establishment Republicans and Never Trumpers figured Donald Trump’s support would bleed out as the weight of multiple indictments would cause conservatives to question if Trump could win the election and abandon him.
That’s not happening.
But Democrats figured that even if the indictments boosted Trump in a GOP primary the criminal charges would make it impossible for Trump to win a general election.
That is also not the case as the most recent Harvard-Harris poll shows Trump leading Joe Biden 45 to 40 percent.

Democrats fear Donald Trump winning a second term above all else.
And Democrats also understand that when an incumbent president runs for re-election the campaign is by definition a referendum on their time in office.
Democrats look at Joe Biden’s historic unpopularity and worry Biden can’t win an election framed as an up-or-down vote on Biden’s tenure in office.
That’s why conservatives believe Joe Biden weaponized the justice system to enlist partisan prosecutors to meddle in the election with politically motivated indictments.
