The campaign of terror against conservatives reached a frightening new level.
No one is safe.
And all hell broke loose when cops went to Amy Coney Barrett’s home for this sick reason.
President Trump and his supporters view Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett as a squishy establishment RINO.
Barrett ruled against Trump’s tariffs and even sided with the court’s liberals in a case to allow Democrat prosecutors to jail Trump.
But no matter how many times Barrett stabs President Trump in the back, the left will always consider her the enemy.
That became apparent when Barrett was the latest victim of a “swatting” attempt.
Swatting is when a deranged person calls the police and claims there is an armed hostage situation at someone else’s house in the hopes that police will deploy a SWAT team that will burst into the home and deploy lethal force, since they are operating under the assumption that there is no other way to save lives.
D.J.-based journalist Andrew Leyden reported about a SWAT team arriving at Barrett’s home.
“Police responded to a call for the sound of gunshots at the home of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett last night, but quickly realized it was a swatting call and cleared after meeting with her security detail. This is partial police audio, redacted pursuant to media reporting guidelines on coverage of swatting incidents,” Leyden wrote on X.
Fortunately, law enforcement took the 9-1-1 call about the armed situation at Barrett’s home with a grain of salt because the dispatcher suspected this was a case of swatting since the reported incident took place at a prominent person’s home.
“Units responding to suspicious noise, be advised, we have not been able to get an answer on callback to the complainant’s phone number. Unknown if it’s going to be a swatting situation,” the dispatcher said, according to an audio recording.
The dispatcher warned the officers that they were on the way to the residence of a “high-priority resident of the county.”
One of the officers soon gave the all-clear signal.
“Just made contact with security that’s on scene. They should be outside in an Explorer. He said he hasn’t heard anything. We’re just going to meet up with him first, just to go over anything,” the audio showed an officer telling the dispatcher.
Utah Senator Mike Lee condemned the swatting attempt at Barrett’s home as another example of the left-wing political violence epidemic that plagues America.
“Swatting is an attempt to get an innocent person killed—in this case, a sitting Supreme Court Justice,” Lee wrote on X. “The proper response will be putting the offender in prison for many, many years.”
When a leaker exposed an opinion showing the Supreme Court was going to overturn Roe v. Wade, leftist militias stalked Barrett and other conservative justices at their homes.
After President Trump won the 2016 election and appointed Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch to cement a 6-3 conservative majority, Democrats considered the Supreme Court “stolen.”
And there is apparently no low the left won’t stoop to in order to exact revenge.
