Democrats knew that, thanks to Joe Biden’s open border and economy-wrecking inflation, they couldn’t beat Trump in a fair fight in the 2024 Presidential Election.

A jury in heavily Democratic New York City convicted Trump in a show trial of crimes Bragg made up.
Trump also faced another kangaroo court in Washington, DC, where Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan put the January 6 hoax charges against Trump on the fast track for trial, where a Democrat-dominated jury was sure to convict Trump.
Sean Hannity asked acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, who served as one of Trump’s criminal lawyers, if the 2024 election for Trump came down to spending the next four years in the White House or the Big House.
“So is it an accurate statement to say he either wins in ’24, wins the White House — [and] it’s either the White House or the big house?” Hannity wondered.
Blanche didn’t even hesitate to answer in the affirmative.
“Yes! Oh yeah, absolutely,” Blanche replied.
The Joe Biden donor in the Bragg case, Judge Juan Merchan, ruled against Trump at every turn in the Stormy Daniels case and was clearly itching to send Trump to prison.
Merchan didn’t deliver a sentence of prison time because Trump won, and Merchan knew he couldn’t jail a President-elect.
“Don’t forget, he had a D.C. case breathing down his neck, he had the Florida case — which had been dismissed, but they were appealing it — and then he had a judge in New York who there’s no scenario in which he wasn’t going to send President Trump to prison. He didn’t, after the president won,” Blanche added.
Blanche went on to say that “the consequences of 2024 for this country are priceless. But for him and his family, also priceless.”
Hannity decried the schemes launched by Democrat prosecutors to jail Trump because Trump committed three great crimes in the eyes of the left – winning the 2016 election, calling out the rigged 2020 election, and then running again in 2024.
“This is all being investigated, and it’s whether or not a pattern of behavior has taken place to destroy this man — one man, one family, one organization,” Hannity added. “Is that fair?”
“Without a doubt,” Blanche declared.
President Trump’s win rendered these cases moot.
But no doubt heading into the election, Trump and his legal team understood the existential stakes for Trump’s freedom.
