Disgraced former CNN anchor Don Lemon joined a group of rioters that invaded a St. Paul Church and obstructed services.
Attorney General Pam Bondi promised justice.
And now Don Lemon just got hit with the bad news every Trump supporter was waiting for.
Obstructing religious services is a federal crime.
But a series of leftist judges in Minnesota refused to sign off on an arrest warrant against Lemon, claiming the fact that Lemon livestreamed his alleged criminal acts made him a journalist and thus immune from prosecution.
A grand jury didn’t see things that way and indicted Lemon on one count of conspiracy to violate civil rights.
Attorney General Bondi announced the indictment on social media.
“At my direction, early this morning, federal agents arrested Don Lemon, Trahern Jeen Crews, Georgia Fort, and Jamael Lydell Lundy, in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota,” Bondi wrote.
Lemon and other rioters stormed the church to harass the pastor for working with ICE on deportation operations in Minneapolis.
The indictment described Lemon’s participation in an alleged conspiracy to deprive the churchgoers of their right to worship freely.
“Defendant Lemon thanked defendant [Nekima Valdez Levy] Armstrong for what she was doing and assured her that he was ‘not saying … what’s going on,’” the indictment read in a section entitled “Overt act #6.
Prosecutors claimed Lemon participated in a “clandestine operation” titled “Operation Pullup” in which the rioters were going deploy“[where the targets] don’t expect [them].”
At one point in the livesteam Lemon even told viewers he was going to turn the camera off because the rioters were discussing sensitive information about their planned attack.
“So…they’re getting the operation together. Again, this is a secret operation- that they invited folks out. Can’t tell you what is going to happen, but you’re going to watch it live unfold here on The Don Lemon Show. There are…this…for this reason…looks,,, for this reason…it may look like MAGA-coded, but there’s a reason they have so many white people here, I’m just going to be honest,” Lemon stated.
“It’s because of the- what they’re- the operation that they’re doing today. It’s important to have allies, as they said, white allies here. So…that is what I could say. I TURNED OUR CAMERA OFF FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY’RE GIVING SOME CRITICAL INFORMATION HERE. But…there we go. Everybody’s ready to go,” Lemon added.

So-called “journalists” acted shocked that authorities arrested Lemon.
But none of these alleged journalists batted an eye when the Biden administration arrested The Blaze’s Stephen Baker for livestreaming Trump supporters entering the Capitol on January 6.
