And Judge Jeanine just got hit with one terrifying threat that stopped her cold.
Assistant U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., Jeanine Pirro attempted to prosecute six Democratic members of Congress for a video they made, imploring members of the military to disobey President Trump’s unlawful orders.
The Democrats never provided an example of an unlawful order.
Democrats clearly implied all of Trump’s orders are illegal and troops should decide for themselves which orders the Commander-in-Chief they will obey.
President Trump slammed the video as sedition.
Jeanine Pirro attempted to indict the six Democrats on charges of fomenting mutiny inside the military.
But in a show of how lawless blue cities and states have now become, a grand jury in Democrat Washington, D.C. refused to indict the six lawmakers.
This is now a pattern in D.C. and other blue jurisdictions where Democrat grand juries will nullify the law in high-profile cases brought by the Trump administration against the left’s ideological allies.
MSNOW – formerly MSNBC – anchor Alicia Menendez asked Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO), who was one of the six lawmakers under criminal investigation, for his thoughts on the attempted indictment.
“You have a letter from your attorney that is demanding that Jeanine Pirro never take legal action against you, saying the indictment was a misuse of power. The reports that your office tried and failed to secure an indictment against Congressman Crow represent a breathtaking and unprecedented level of prosecutorial overreach and misuse of power
Accordingly, this letter is a demand that you take no further action against. Congressman Crow puts you and those pursuing any further charges on notice of the legal ramifications if you do so. Have you heard back from her office?” Meneendez asked.
There is no mistaking what will come next.
Crow declared that Judge Jeanine was on notice and that when Democrats win power, they will wage lawfare against her to try and throw her in prison.
“No, we haven’t. And here’s why we sent that letter. It’s really important right now that we start imposing costs on people who are abusing the system, turning their backs on the Constitution, and violating the law.
They just can’t be doing this with impunity. They have to know that we’re making lists. I’m keeping names. I’m taking names, and there will be accountability. And we’re going to start imposing costs on people who abuse positions of trust, who abuse our system under the Constitution. I am not going to be sitting back in a foxhole where they lob grenades at me. We are going to fight back,” Crow declared.
