It’s House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s time in the barrel.
Schiff scrambled into full damage control mode after getting caught red-handed in a giant scandal.
And now Adam Schiff is about to go away for good after this crime came to light.
Adam Schiff and his fellow Democrats released their 300-page report based on testimony from a syndicate of seditious bureaucrats offering up their opinions, presumptions and hurt feelings passed off as “testimony” of supposed evidence of Donald Trump’s impeachable offenses.
The report was a dud since none of the so-called “witnesses” had any firsthand evidence of any wrongdoing.
The Democrats’ report was a complete dud so the House Intelligence Committee Chairman knew he had to jazz up the report.
Schiff spiced up the committee’s lame findings by including phone records subpoenaed from AT&T that showed calls between Devin Nunes, Rudy Giuliani, Giuliani associate Lev Parnas and investigative journalist John Solomon.
Republicans were outraged that Schiff weaponized the power of Congress to attack his political opponents and a free press.
Devin Nunes released a statement blasted Schiff for spying on the Democrats’ political opponents to smear them and intimidate Republicans from opposing impeachment.
“The Democrats’ impeachment charade is flailing, and desperate people do desperate things. So Schiff suddenly published phone records of myself, current and former Republican staff members, and a journalist whose reporting he doesn’t like. It’s a gross abuse of power for a congressman to go after his political opponents, staffers, and reporters in this way, but it’s characteristic of the way Schiff has run this entire show. He’s going to need a long rehabilitation period when this is over,” Nunes’ statement read.
In a text message exchange with Washington Examiner columnist Byron York, Rudy Giuliani ripped Schiff for shredding the Constitution.
“Schiff, Pelosi, Nadler have trashed the U.S. Constitution and are enabled by a pathetic fawning press. They have proceeded without respect for attorney-client privilege, including threats of contempt and imprisonment. They have violated every conceivable due process right….counsel, confrontation, cross-examination, compulsory process. They have conducted secret hearings leaking selectively and deceptively. This Pelosi Congress will be remembered for wholesale trashing of the U.S. Constitution to satisfy the politically-driven irrational hatred of a president who challenges their fantasies that they are intellectually and morally superior to the rest of us,” Giuliani wrote to York.
In a local interview, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul demanded Congress investigate Schiff for abuse of power.
“I think that’s alarming that one member of Congress could be looking at the phone records of another member of Congress,” Paul told WHAS. “Sounds to me as if it would be illegal, and I think it needs to be investigated.”
“If we’re going to live in a world where one party can subpoena the phone records or look at the phone records of another party, that’s a very worrisome world….I’m very, very concerned about the abuse of power coming from Adam Schiff,” Paul concluded.
Like in the Russian collusion hoax where it turned out the only campaign that colluded with a foreign power was Hillary Clinton’s, Adam Schiff and the Democrats are the ones guilty of the abuse of power they are falsely accusing Donald Trump of committing.
