Robert Mueller was not put in place to fail.
The Special Counsel and the Democrats in Congress never stopped trying to remove Donald Trump from office.
And now Mueller just leaked this smoking gun that Pelosi will use to impeach President Trump.
Democrats were at a loss for words when Attorney General William Barr released his summary of Mueller’s findings.
Barr announced that Mueller found no evidence of Russian collusion and that he left it up to Barr to decide if President Trump obstructed justice.
Barr concluded that President Trump did not.
Democrats were thrown back on their heels and needed to come up with a new plan.
Along with their allies in the fake news media, the Democrats settled on the idea that Barr was “covering up” for Trump.
This effort got a boost when partisan Democrats in the special counsel’s office began telling “associates” – who then leaked it to fake news CNN, the Washington Post, and The New York Times – that Barr misrepresented their findings.
In response to these leaks, the Democrats announced they were subpoenaing the entire Mueller report so they could leak it on their own.
“Because we may have to go to court to obtain the complete text of the special counsel’s report, and because the president may attempt to invoke executive privilege to withhold that evidence from us, it is imperative that the committee take possession of these documents, and others, without delay,” House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler thundered.
President Trump blasted the Democrats for refusing to accept the fact that there was no Russian collusion.
The President tweeted, “The New York Times had no legitimate sources, which would be totally illegal, concerning the Mueller Report. In fact, they probably had no sources at all! They are a Fake News paper who have already been forced to apologize for their incorrect and very bad reporting on me!”
Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani also ripped the leakers on Mueller’s team as sore losers.
“The NYT story about unspecified troubling findings in report is as accurate as the NYT saying Mueller’s staff didn’t leak. Who leaked this…Mueller’s unethical staff. This proves they are Angry Democrats who couldn’t find or create evidence to support collusion or obstruction.”
Giuliani also wrote, “The Mueller anonymous leakers are unscrupulous prosecutors. They conducted an investigation that was a disgraceful overzealous exercise of government coercion. No case of collusion or obstruction. Now they are leaking what they couldn’t prove. They are cowards and liars.”
But the damage was done.
The fake news media and the Democrats invented a new hook for impeachment.
They used the Mueller leaks as their cover to get their hands on Trump’s tax returns so they could set up cross-fields of fire to destroy the President with politically motivated witch hunts on all fronts.
