Robert Mueller finally made his last stand.
The corrupt special counsel put all his cards on the table with regards to removing President Trump from office.
And Robert Mueller stood in front of the press and confessed to this horrible plan for impeachment.
Robert Mueller delivered a nearly ten-minute performance never before seen in American politics.
And many Americans hope they never witness such an unjust or un-American attack on the nation’s fundamental values of fairness, presumption of innocence, and the right of the people to choose their leaders.
Mueller’s performance added fuel to the fire of impeachment calls the second he ended his smear session against the President of the United States.
Mueller largely repeated everything in his political character assassination report, but did so in front of the cameras which added a “news” angle to the event.
During his unprofessional and unethical remarks, Mueller outlined his findings on obstruction of justice.
“The order appointing me Special Counsel authorized us to investigate actions that could obstruct the investigation. We conducted that investigation and we kept the office of the Acting Attorney General apprised of the progress of our work,” Mueller began.
Mueller then subverted the American judicial system by declaring that even though President Trump was not charged with a crime, he was not “exonerated.”
“As set forth in our report, after that investigation, if we had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said that.”
According to Mueller, President Trump is presumed guilty and now must carry on in office with Mueller’s cloud of suspicion hanging over his heard.
However, prosecutors are not empowered to “exonerate” subjects of investigations.
They either bring charges or they do not.
Mueller claiming his office could not “exonerate” Trump was an abuse of prosecutorial power that revealed Mueller as a cheap political hack whose investigation was nothing more than a guided missile aimed at destroying the Trump Presidency.
“We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the President did commit a crime. The introduction to volume two of our report explains that decision,” Mueller continued.
Mueller then offered up a lame excuse about why he could not charge President Trump with a crime.
“First, the opinion explicitly permits the investigation of a sitting President because it is important to preserve evidence while memories are fresh and documents are available. Among other things, that evidence could be used if there were co-conspirators who could now be charged,” Mueller added.
”And second, the opinion says that the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting President of wrongdoing.”
The simple fact of the matter is if Mueller was not going to charge Trump with obstruction of justice, then there never should have been a “Volume II” of the report.
Prosecutors don’t lay out a case against the subject of an investigation unless they are going to charge them.
Without the ability to clear their name in court, the prosecutors “evidence” is nothing but a black mark that can never be removed.
Mueller always intended to help the Democrats impeach Donald Trump.
That’s why he turned in a 400-page report, and that’s why he concluded his hatchet job with an immoral and unethical press statement where he urged Congress to impeach President Trump.
