Robert Mueller and his gang of 17 angry Democrats have identified the one man they think can bring down Donald Trump.
He’s known Trump for over 40 years and played a crucial role in the 2016 election.
And now one insider went on TV and revealed that Mueller is about to indict the one person who knows all of Trump’s secrets.
Roger Stone is at the center of the Mueller probe.
During the 2016 campaign, Stone made several predictions about WikiLeaks releasing emails that came true.
The natural showman claimed he had spoken to Julian Assange.
But in reality, New York City radio host Randy Credico was his backchannel.
Credico knew one of Assange’s lawyers and passed information to Stone about when WikiLeaks might drop emails on Clinton.
But Credico never told Stone what the contents of the emails were.
Robert Mueller needs a fall guy to frame for colluding with the Russians.
And his team settled on Stone.
However, there is no evidence Stone actually communicated with WikiLeaks.
In an interview on ABC last Sunday, Stone strongly denied ever contacting Assange.
“I had no contact with Assange,” he declared.
Stone pointed out he had exchanged one twitter direct message with WikiLeaks, to which the anti-secrecy group responded and told him to stop falsely claiming an association with them.
“I turned over one direct message to the House Intelligence Committee between the flack for WikiLeaks and I, in which he essentially brushed me off,” Stone stated.
So how will Mueller pressure Stone into fabricating testimony that he worked in concert with Russian intelligence during the 2016 campaign?
Mueller will follow the same playbook he has the entire investigation.
He will charge Stone with making false statements about a legal activity, then get him to sign a plea agreement lying about his activities in the 2016 election.
Appearing on MSNBC’s The Beat, Democrat House Intelligence Committee member Joaquin Castro told host Ari Melber that Stone was sure to be indicted for lying to Congress.
The Texas Democrat stated, “I’ll tell you right now that Roger Stone, I’m almost certain, will be prosecuted for lying to the House Intelligence Committee. In the same sitting, he first said, to Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, that he had no advanced knowledge of the email dumps, and then when I followed up a few hours later, he admitted that he did. So, he basically gave us both sides of that answer while we were in the committee room.”
Targeting Stone for trying to figure out what WikiLeaks had on Hillary Clinton is Mueller criminalizing the routine political act of gathering opposition research.
Everyone in America wanted to know what Assange and WikiLeaks had on Hillary.
It’s not a crime to try and find out.
Mueller already admitted in his indictment of 13 Russian nationals for hacking the Democrat National Committee that no American took part in it.
In fact, that’s the only real crime Mueller has identified in regards to the 2016 election.
And Mueller was forced to admit it had nothing to do with Trump.
