The FBI pulled one of the all-time dirty tricks in raiding Donald Trump’s home as part of a political fishing expedition.
But it turns out Trump may get the last laugh after all.
And you’ll be speechless when you see how Donald Trump turned the tables on the FBI.
Donald Trump released the warrant the FBI used to storm into his Mar-a-Lago estate and ransack the property.
The warrant revealed Attorney General Merrick Garland wanted to prosecute Trump for violation of the Espionage Act.
18 U.S. Code § 793 – Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information of the act reads:
Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
The corporate media reported that the FBI seized 11 sets of documents ranging from the lowest levels of classification – confidential – to the highest levels – top secret.
This led to a frenzy among Trump-hating corporate media activists that Trump would soon face jail time as each count under the section of the Espionage Act Attorney General Garland wants to jail Trump for carries a ten-year prison sentence.
Trump poured cold water on that celebration by pointing out that as president he has sole declassification power and he declassified all the documents in question.
“Number one, it was all declassified. Number two, they didn’t need to ‘seize’ anything,” Trump began.
Trump then explained the government could have asked for them back at any time.
Back in June, FBI agents used a grand jury subpoena to come to Mar-a-Lago and leave with a dozen boxes of documents and mementos the National Archives claimed belonged to them under the Presidential Records Act.
Trump even pointed out that he fully cooperated with the FBI including putting a padlock on a room where Trump stored documents from his time as president meaning that Trump fully cooperated at every step of the way.
“They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request They could have had it anytime they wanted—and that includes LONG ago. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS ASK,” Trump wrote.
Attorney General Garland treated the FBI like the Democrats’ personal police force and raided Donald Trump to intimidate him out of running in 2024.
But it does not look like Trump will bend the knee to Joe Biden.
