Joe Biden’s approval numbers show no sign of rebounding.
And now one crisis may drive the final nail in his coffin.
That became clear when Trey Gowdy exposed this scandal that could end Joe Biden’s presidency.
America’s economy limped along in the month of September as the jobs report showed another massive swing and a miss for Biden with just 194,000 jobs created.
Inflation continues to soar as supply chain woes leave shelves empty as ships back up for weeks waiting to unload their cargo at America’s ports.
Trey Gowdy interviewed Georgia Ports Authority director Griff Lynch about the supply chain issues causing shortages and driving up prices.
Gowdy asked Lynch for his take onBiden regime Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s baseless claim that passing the proposed $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill would alleviate supply chain blockages.
“These challenges are definitely going to continue in the months and years ahead,” Buttigieg said in an interview. “This is one more reason why we do need to deliver this infrastructure package, so that we can have a more resilient, flexible physical infrastructure to support our supply chain in this country.”
Lynch dismissed Buttigieg’s attempts to craft an alternative reality noting that the true cause for the supply chain backlogs were the shutdowns that Joe Biden and other Democrat governors supported back in the spring of 2020.
“What’s going on with the supply chain, we really need to take a look back a year and a half ago when foreign ports shut down because of COVID. The supply chain shut down. The supply chain is only so big, and that disruption is what we’re feeling today. We’re trying to force more cargo through the supply chain and it’s only so big and so resilient,” Lynch told Gowdy.
Gowdy then pressed Lynch to answer if Joe Biden’s proposed infrastructure bill would shore up the supply chain and make sure Americans can buy their children all the Christmas presents they want this year.
“The infrastructure bill may have merits or few merits, but I don’t know if they pass it tomorrow that that’s going to help kids get Christmas presents. I mean, government just doesn’t move that quickly, does it?” Gowdy asked Lynch.
Lynch responded in the negative noting that after the public health tyrants recommended economic shutdowns the workforce never returned to pre-pandemic levels which would allow crews at ports to unload cargo and eliminate the nightmare of ships sitting off the coast for weeks at a time.
“Clearly what’s transpired is after the shutdown, the question is did everyone come back to their jobs? Did the truckers come back? Did the warehouse folks come back? And the answer is no they haven’t. So that is certainly contributing to what we’re seeing here,” Lynch responded.
Americans are feeling the pinch as shelves sit empty in stores across America.
“And data from a supply tracking company shows that 18 percent of beverages, 15 percent of frozen foods, 16 percent of snacks, 15 percent of candy and 18 percent of bakery items were out of stock at stores during the week ending on October 3, according to IRI,” Breitbart reported.
The economy is always the number one issue for voters.
The supply chain shortages are likely to get worse before they get better and that will continue to drive down Joe Biden’s approval numbers.
Should Biden’s poll numbers continue to crater Democrats will likely look for another candidate if party leaders do not believe Joe Biden can defeat Donald Trump in 2024.
