Joe Biden and Dr. Fauci have every reason to be nervous.
All hell is about to break loose.
And that’s because the Supreme Court just handed Ron DeSantis this huge victory.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently announced he was petitioning the state Supreme Court to convene a grand jury to investigate COVID vaccine manufacturers for defrauding the public with false statements about the shots that eventually caused injuries or deaths.

The petition said high-profile individuals such as Big Pharma CEOs and so-called “public health experts” like Dr. Fauci did not arrive on the false claims that the vaccine was over 90 percent effective in preventing new transmissions or that it was completely safe on their own.
DeSantis argued there was a conspiracy to defraud the public.
“It is impossible to imagine that so many influential individuals came to this view on their own. Rather, it is likely that individuals and companies with an incentive to do so created these perceptions for financial gain,” the petition stated.
Big Pharma put out a statement trying to defend itself from DeSantis’s grand jury.
“Regulatory agencies across the world have authorized the use of our COVID-19 vaccine,” a Pfizer spokesperson’s statement read. “These authorizations are based on robust and independent evaluation of the scientific data on quality, safety and efficacy, including our landmark phase 3 clinical trial. Data from real world studies complement the clinical trial data and provide additional evidence that the vaccine provides effective protection against severe disease.”
“Over the course of this deadly pandemic, mRNA vaccines have saved hundreds of thousands of lives, tens of billions of dollars in health care costs, and enabled people worldwide to go about their lives more freely. As of November 27th, 2022, we have delivered 4.3 billion vaccines to 181 countries and territories in every region of the world,” the statement added.
But the mRNA vaccines were not as effective or safe as claimed.
Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo issued guidance advising men between the ages of 18 and 39 and all children not to take the vaccine.
The state of Florida produced research showing an 84 percent increase in myocarditis caused by the vaccine.
A grand jury will be able to obtain sworn testimony under oath so that the public will finally get real answers about what so-called “experts” and Big Pharma knew about the vaccine before they hawked a bill of goods to the public.
