Joe Biden got some more bad news.
The walls look like they are closing in.
And secret documents rocked the White House with this evidence of criminal conduct.
The Biden administration was already reeling that Joe Biden stole classified documents from the Obama administration when he left office as vice president back in 2017.
Biden created a national security crisis by housing the stolen documents in a closet in a think tank funded by Communist China.
The corporate media tried to pooh-pooh the discovery that Biden stole classified documents by claiming it was just 10 documents.
That spin is now out the window after Biden’s aides “discovered” a second tranche of stolen classified documents at an unnamed second location.
NBC News exclusively reports:
Aides to President Joe Biden have discovered at least one additional batch of classified documents in a location separate from the Washington office he used after leaving the Obama administration, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Since November, after the discovery of documents with classified markings in his former office, Biden aides have been searching for any additional classified materials that might be in other locations he used, said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to provide details about the ongoing inquiry.
There was no information on where or when Biden’s aides produced a second set of stolen classified documents.
Biden’s lawyers found the first set of stolen classified documents on November 2, one week before the midterm elections.
The Biden team hid that discovery from the people because it was one week before the midterm elections and Democrats wants to keep Donald Trump — and the Biden administration appointing a special counsel to investigate Trump for having documents at Mar-a-Lago — at the forefront of the election discussion.
Attorney General Merrick Garland was already facing pressure to appoint a special counsel to investigate Joe Biden for violating the Espionage Act and illegally possessing classified documents.
“The double standard here is astounding. The underlying behavior at issue—a President’s retention of old classified documents dating back to a past presidency—is materially the same in both cases,” Missouri Senator Josh Hawley wrote hours before the announcement that Biden stole a second set of classified documents. “But in President Trump’s case, that retention triggered an unprecedented raid on the home of a former president, rationalized with a thicket of partisan doublespeak.”
“President Biden has not experienced anything remotely similar,” Senator Hawley continued. “To make matters worse, it’s taken until January of 2023 for this news to surface, even though the documents were found on November 2, 2022—just days before a hotly contested midterm election. Clearly, the Biden Administration and its allies in the media did their best to bury the story.”
The news that Biden’s aides turned up a second set of stolen classified documents — with no promise this is the end of the discovery of pilfered classified materials — will only increase the calls for a special counsel to investigate Biden.
