If Joe Biden is sworn in on January 20 he will be the oldest President ever inaugurated at 78 years old.
But now all hell is breaking loose.
And that’s because Joe Biden had some bad news in closed-door meetings about stepping down.
President Trump is still contesting the election results and a Republican senator may object when both houses of Congress meet on January 6 to certify the Electoral College results.
Even though the results are not final,Joe Biden is claiming to be the President-elect and announcing Cabinet picks.
Biden’s selections are not based on any qualifications or expertise.
The team Biden rolled out was selected based on identity politics to check every race, gender and homosexual demographic box.
But with limited Cabinet and senior administration spots available, not everyone on the demographic group bingo card Biden is using to fill out his potential government is happy.
However, Biden officials are hinting that the turnover for top jobs will be more significant than people think.
The New York Times reports:
Mr. Biden’s aides have privately been working to salve wounds by telling them there will be turnover in the top jobs soon enough.
“I keep saying: The second wave will be earlier than you think,” said one senior Biden official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity about private conversations with cabinet hopefuls. “Go deal with your city, your state for now.”
That is leading many to suspect the turnover will occur because Biden’s obviously declining mental and physical health will force him to step down before 2024 so Kamala Harris can take over as President, install her own team and run for re-election.
During the primary campaign Biden alluded to this scenario by describing himself as a transition candidate.
“I view myself as a transition candidate,” Biden stated. “You got to get more people on the bench that are ready to go in — ‘Put me in coach, I’m ready to play.’ Well, there’s a lot of people that are ready to play, women and men.”
Biden’s team even put word out last December that the ever increasingly senile Biden would not run for re-election in 2024 when he was 82 years old.
POLITICO reported:
While the option of making a public pledge remains available, Biden has for now settled on an alternative strategy: quietly indicating that he will almost certainly not run for a second term while declining to make a promise that he and his advisers fear could turn him into a lame duck and sap him of his political capital.
According to four people who regularly talk to Biden, all of whom asked for anonymity to discuss internal campaign matters, it is virtually inconceivable that he will run for reelection in 2024, when he would be the first octogenarian president.
Millions of Americans suspected Biden was a stalking horse candidate for the radical left and they would quickly replace him as President at the first opportunity.
The reports that Biden aides expect quick turnover in senior positions if Biden becomes President only makes it more apparent those fears were justified.
