Democrats and the corporate media were stunned.
This was a scandal they long thought was put to bed.
And Hillary Clinton found out some bad news about a criminal investigation that she thought was over.
Special counsel John Durham indicted analyst Igor Danchenko – who provided leads about Russian collusion to ex-British spy Christopher Steele – on multiple counts of lying to the FBI about where he got his information from about Donald Trump supposedly colluding with the Russians.
Durham indicted him for claiming his leads came from Russian sources and did not tell the FBI that PR executive Charles Dolan Jr. was actually his source.
Charles Dolan Jr. served as a state chairman for Bill Clinton’s 1992 and 1996 presidential campaigns.
Dolan Jr. also worked as an advisor on Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign and volunteered on her 2016 White House bid.
Durham’s indictment of Danchenko outlines allegations that Charles Dolan Jr. – referred to as PR Executive-1 – was actually the source for the false claim in the dossier that the Russians had a video tape of Donald Trump hiring Russian prostitutes to urinate on a bed in a Moscow hotel room that Barack and Michelle Obama supposedly slept in.
The indictment reads:
Certain of the information in the June 20,2016 Company Report [i.e. the Steele “dossier”] reflected facts that PR Executive-1 and Organizer-1 also learned during the June 2016 Planning Trip to Moscow.
For example, and as alleged above, during the June 2016 Planning Trip, both PR Executive-1 and Organizer-1 stayed at the Moscow Hotel. While at the Moscow Hotel, PR Executive-1 and Organizer-1 (i) received a tour of the Moscow Hotel’s Presidential Suite (ii) met with the general manager (“General Manager-1”) and other staff of the Moscow Hotel, and (iii) attended meetings – to include with DANCHENKO – at various Russian government ministries. Further, PR Executive-1 had lunch with DANCHENKO during the June 2016 Planning Trip.
According to Organizer-1, during the aforementioned tour of the Presidential Suite, a Moscow Hotel staff member told the participants, including PR Executive-1, that Trump had stayed in the Presidential Suite. According to both Organizer-1 and PR Executive-1, the staff member did not mention any sexual or salacious activity.
Durham’s indictment also outlines how it was Dolan Jr. that actually met with Russians during 2016 while allegedly feeding Danchenko rumors about Trump and Russia.
“On or about October 4, 2016, PR Executive-1, Organizer-1, and DANCHENKO traveled to Moscow for the October Conference. The October Conference featured several Russian government officials including (i) a prominent member of the Duma (Russian Parliament) (“Duma Member-1”) and (ii) members of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including, as discussed above, Russian Diplomat-1 and another Russian diplomat (“Russian Diplomat-2”). As part of the October Conference, participants also attended meetings in the Kremlin with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian Presidential Press Department,” the indictment read.
Durham’s indictment blew up the corporate media narrative about the Steele dossier and Donald Trump colluding with Russia.
Special counsel Durham outlined damning evidence that not only did the Clinton campaign pay for the Steele dossier, but that the Clinton campaign helped write the document.
The Steele dossier not only fed the corporate media conspiracy theories about Trump colluding with Russia, but it also served as the central piece of evidence in the FBI obtaining FISA warrants to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
Multiple media outlets reacted to the news by admitting the story they told to the public for years about the dossier was a lie.
“The charges are that not only did Clinton/Democrats fund the dossier but a longtime Clinton/Dem operative was one of the sources for the rumors about Trump. Doesn’t get much worse,” Axios’s Jonathan Swan wrote.
“The allegations cast new uncertainty on some past reporting on the dossier by news organizations, including The Washington Post,” The Washington Post reported.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign is now implicated in one of the greatest political crimes in American history.
The next logical question involves what role Hillary Clinton played in the Deep State coup to overthrow Donald Trump based on the lies her campaign spun about Trump and Russia.
