There is buzz around former Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard as a potential vicepresidential pick in 2024.
Gabbard held pro-life positions and in her final weeks in Congress in 2020 sponsored legislation to ban biological males from playing girls’ sports.
Former Congresswoman Gabbard also regularly posts on the free speech video platform Rumble and attacks cancel culture.
In her latest video, Gabbard blasted Biden for Biden’s insane and un-American speech in Georgia where Biden declared every elected Republican official and voter in America was a racist domestic terrorist for opposing Joe Biden’s scheme to impose a Democrat takeover of elections in America.
Gabbard noted that she knew Biden’s late son, Beau, as both served in the National Guard and deployed to war.
The former congresswoman said the Biden she knew previously never would have delivered such an angry and hate-filled speech.
“Although I may not agree with the Vice President on every issue, I know that he has a good heart and is motivated by his love for our country and the American people,” Gabbard stated.
Gabbard ran for president as a Democrat in 2020 and supported Biden, but Gabbard said Biden lost her by failing to live up to his promise to unite America.
“I supported Joe Biden, and millions of other Americans voted for Joe Biden because he promised to unite us,” Gabbard stated, adding that Biden promised to “bring us together [and to] to end the divisiveness.”
“Sadly, not only has he failed to do this, he has betrayed us all by pouring fuel on the fires of divisiveness that are tearing our country apart,” Gabbard added.
Gabbard ripped Biden for comparing political opponents to terrorists and traitors and showed clips of Assistant Attorney General of the National Security Division Matthew Olsen announcing the creation of a new domestic terrorist unit that will target “domestic extremists” – who the administration essentially defines as conservatives.
“Biden compares those who disagree with him to racist traitors, to enemies of bygone eras, and Biden now has his attorney general targeting millions of Americans as domestic terrorists,” Gabbard added.
Gabbard warned that Biden and his administration demonizing political opponents as enemies and terrorists were the true threats to American democracy.
“If we allow this to continue, our country, our country, the country that we love, the land of the free, the home of the brave, it will be unrecognizable, and it will be lost forever,” Gabbard concluded.
Gabbard’s video came off as a road test of a campaign stump speech critique of the Biden administration.
Nominees expect their vice presidential running mates to offer slashing attacks of the opposition.
