Joe Biden is counting on Jack Smith to interfere in the election and hand Biden victory by winning a criminal conviction against Donald Trump.
But Biden got some bad news.
And Donald Trump took the gloves off with this two-word promise about Jack Smith.
Donald Trump reacted to Judge Scott McAfee allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to remain on the 2020 election criminal trial in Georgia as long as she removed special prosecutor Nathan Wade from the case with mocking glee.
“The Fani Willis lover, Mr. Nathan Wade Esq., has just resigned in disgrace, as per his and her reading of the Judge’s Order today. Nathan was the ‘Special,’ in more ways than one, Prosecutor ‘engaged’ by Fani (pronounced Fauni!) Willis, to persecute TRUMP for Crooked Joe Biden and his Department of Injustice, for purposes of Election Interference and living the life of the Rich & Famous,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.

The judge found that both likely lied on the witness stand about their sexual relationship beginning after Willis hired Wade saying an “odor of mendacity” hung over their testimony and that the $654,000 Wade billed the county and then allegedly paid for himself and Willis to go on vacation created an “appearance of impropriety.”
But then Trump took a turn into the other political show trials the Biden Justice Department hopes to stage on the Mar-a-Lago document hoax and the January 6 hoax.
Trump wrote that forcing Wade off the case was the “equivalent” of Jack Smith getting fired and Trump strongly hinted that firing Smith and shutting down his witch hunts would be his first act upon taking office.
“This is the equivalent of Deranged Jack Smith getting ‘canned,’ BIG STUFF, something which should happen in the not too distant future!!!” Trump concluded.
There is a very good chance that none of Smith’s cases head to trial before the election.
The Supreme Court froze the January 6 case by agreeing to hear Donald Trump’s appeal for presidential immunity.
That will allow Judge Aileen Cannon to put the Mar-a-Lago document hoax case on the calendar later this summer which will block Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan from holding the January 6 case before the election.
And Judge Cannon is acting properly in a complex case involving classified documents and hearing out all of Donald Trump’s pre-trial motions which will allow Cannon to eventually delay the case past the election.
Joe Biden’s entire campaign strategy revolved around his Democrat prosecutors delivering a criminal conviction through the weaponized justice system.
A Yahoo/YouGov poll showing Trump beating Joe Biden 46 to 44 percent flips to Biden ahead, 45 to 40, if Trump gets convicted of a serious crime.
But the calendar and the conduct of the partisan Democrat prosecutors may allow Trump to delay his trials until past Election Day.
