Special counsel John Durham’s investigation into the Russian collusion hoax is reaching its endgame.
Everyone wants to know how close Durham’s probe will get to Hillary Clinton.
And now an insider revealed Hillary Clinton has this big worry about criminal indictments.
John Ratcliffe served as Donald Trump’s final director of national intelligence.
In an interview with conservative activist Charlie Kirk, Ratcliffe predicted John Durham would hand down more indictments of Deep State coup plotters and Clinton campaign aides.
Ratcliffe told Kirk that in his time at the Office of National Intelligence his team tracked down evidence of how the Obama administration and the FBI colluded to frame Donald Trump for acting as a Russian agent during the 2016 election, a scheme Ratcliffe said morphed into the coup attempt to remove Trump as president via the Mueller witch hunt.
“We had collected good intelligence indicating who was involved in the origins of the Russiagate hoax, if you will. That, in fact, it was the Hillary campaign that had started these fake Russian allegations, and that was incorporated in the CIA Director John Brennan’s notes, and so one of the first things that I did was I declassified those notes, and I shared that intelligence, and other intelligence with John Durham to allow him to get to the truth of ‘how did this all start, how did this investigation that became Crossfire Hurricane, that then became the Muller investigation,’ and continued on, really not just in an effort to influence the outcome of the 2016 election, but carried on throughout the Trump presidency. Who was responsible for all of that,” Ratcliffe stated.
Ratcliffe admitted it took longer than he would have liked to see the Durham investigation bear fruit, but that Ratcliffe believed it would all be worthwhile in the end.
“I know I took the long way to get there,” Ratcliffe began. “I always felt that there were a lot of people responsible for what was a hoax perpetrated on the American public intending to mislead them about Donald Trump and relations with Russians that didn’t exist, and Michael Sussmann is just one of many people… all the way from other folks involved with the Clinton Campaign, to the DNC, to independent folks like Christopher Steele, to even folks within the FBI who perpetuated with what they knew would be a false narrative for some period of time.”
To date, special counsel Durham charged Clinton campaign and Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussmann and researcher Igor Danchenko with making false statements to the FBI.
Durham alleged that Sussmann lied to the FBI about not appearing on behalf of his client, the Clinton campaign, in a September 2016 meeting.
Danchenko faces charges of lying to the FBI about the sources of so-called “intelligence” that ended up in the Steele dossier.
Danchenko claimed his sources were Russian when in reality one was Clinton confidant Charles Dolan Jr.
Ratcliffe told Kirk based on his knowledge of the evidence he expected more indictments from Durham.
“I expect there to be a lot more indictments coming from John Durham besides the ones that have trickled out so far, and that’s based upon documents… many of which are still not yet declassified.”
The trials for Sussmann and Danchenko as well as the potential for criminal indictments should reveal once and for all what Hillary Clinton knew about this scheme to subvert an election and Donald Trump’s presidency and when she knew it.
