Joe Biden’s time in office hit a rough patch.
There was no end to the bad news.
And that became clear when America’s top general made a disturbing admission about Joe Biden.
On Joe Biden’s first trip abroad since taking office, Biden stopped in the United Kingdom to address the troops at Royal Air Force Mildenhall.
Biden disturbed millions of Americans when he claimed so-called “climate change” is the greatest “physical threat” America faces.
“When I first was elected vice president with President Obama, military sat us down to let us know what the greatest threats facing America were — greatest physical threats. This is not a joke,” Biden exclaimed. “You know what the Joint Chiefs told us the greatest threat facing America was? Global warming.”
Biden gave that answer at a time when U.S. military planners do not believe they can stop Communist China from seizing Taiwan.
So-called “climate change” did not unleash a global plague that killed millions through a lab leak.
The Communist Chinese ground life on earth to a standstill for a year by allowing the coronavirus to escape.
America also just experienced massive gas shortages in the Southeast after Russian hackers shutdown the Colonial Pipeline with a ransomware attack.
So far, so-called “climate change” has amounted to a series of doomsday predictions that never pan out.
But it’s also the key for the left to impose their socialist agenda as evidenced by the climate change hysterics claiming Americans need to eat less hamburgers, drive electric cars, not travel on planes and live in crammed Soviet-style communities pitched as “sustainable” housing.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley tried to distance himself from Biden’s remarks under questioning from North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer saying China and Russia were the top military threats the United States faced.
“Climate change does impact, but the president is looking at a much broader angle than I am. I’m looking at it from a strictly military standpoint. And from a strictly military standpoint, I’m putting China, Russia up there,” General Milley stated.
General Milley tried to make it seem like he wasn’t undercutting the commander-in-chief even though he really was.
“This is not, however, in conflict with the acknowledgment that climate change or infrastructure or education systems – national security has a broad angle to it. I’m looking at it from a strictly military standpoint,” General Milley added.
Senator Cramer expressed his frustration with Biden’s comments.
“I just think it’s peculiar that the president would go to another continent and tell our service members there that the number one threat is climate change,” Cramer shot back.
But the subtext of the exchange was clear: General Milley thought Biden had no idea what he was talking about and he did not want to answer for what Biden was babbling about.
