James Comey is the most hated man in America.
And it isn’t difficult to see why.
This time, he’s now under fire after a massive FBI scandal just blew up in his face.
James Comey is perhaps the greatest outcast in America today.
Democrats blame him for costing Hillary Clinton the 2016 election, while Republicans see through Comey as a partisan hack who threw his lot in with the left after President Trump won the White House.
Without any friends and allies, Comey’s world is collapsing around him.
And now he’s in serious trouble over a major FBI scandal.
Breitbart reports, “The Obama-era FISA warrant obtained to monitor the communications of Carter Page was most likely utilized as a gateway to spy on the rest of Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, contended William Binney, a former highly placed NSA official turned whistleblower.”
What this means is that the Clinton campaign used an opposition research document they paid for to get a search warrant against one of President Trump’s campaign advisers, and then they used that warrant to spy on the entire Trump campaign.
And they did all of this with the power of the Obama-led federal government behind them.
“The same warrant against Page technically could also have been used to legally justify collecting data on the Republican National Committee (RNC) or the leadership of the Republican Party,” adds Breitbart.
“Binney was an architect of the NSA’s surveillance program. He became a famed whistleblower when he resigned on October 31, 2001 after spending more than 30 years with the agency.”
The Clinton FBI scandal is larger than anyone previously thought.
The conspiracy has grown to such a large degree that it’s beginning to rival even Watergate.
And yet no one from the Clinton Camp or the FBI has been held accountable to any large degree.
Democrats continue to block any proper investigation into the matter as they try to focus more on the Trump Russian collusion conspiracy theory instead.
But this story isn’t going away.
And James Comey continues to get dragged down by it bit by bit.
“So effectively what that means is that they had the ability to basically spy on anybody,” Binney said. “They could spy on everybody on the Republican National Committee or everybody in the Trump campaign.”
Comey’s involvement in this scandal is clear as day.
“In late October 2016, then-FBI director James Comey signed the first of three successful FISA applications to obtain warrants to spy on Page, the American financial consultant who was tangentially associated with the campaign as an adviser. The second and third were renewal applications since a FISA warrant must be renewed every 90 days,” states Breitbart.
“All three applications reportedly cited as key evidence against Page the largely-discredited dossier produced by the controversial Fusion GPS firm which was paid for its anti-Trump work by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee via the Perkins Coie law firm.”
All of this places Comey squarely in the middle of what was almost certainly a massive Clinton plot to rig the 2016 election by using government agencies to spy on President Trump.
