The Democrats want Donald Trump gone.
As part of their scheme to take down Donald Trump, the party filed a massive lawsuit.
But the lawsuit backfired when Trump sent one tweet that revealed the suit could actually end Robert Mueller’s investigation.
The Democratic National Committee filed a suit against the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, and Russia alleging a conspiracy to rig the 2016 election.
The Washington Post reports:
“The Democratic National Committee filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit Friday against the Russian government, the Trump campaign and the WikiLeaks organization alleging a far-reaching conspiracy to disrupt the 2016 campaign and tilt the election to Donald Trump.
The complaint, filed in federal district court in Manhattan, alleges that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and help Trump by hacking the computer networks of the Democratic Party and disseminating stolen material found there.
“During the 2016 presidential campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy, and it found a willing and active partner in Donald Trump’s campaign,” DNC Chairman Tom Perez said in a statement.
“This constituted an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for President of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency,” he said.”
This development delighted Trump.
Instead of throwing him on the defensive, he seized the opportunity to go on offense.
Trump said the Republicans should countersue which would give them access to the DNC servers and thousands of pages of documents pertaining to emails and phone calls.
So funny, the Democrats have sued the Republicans for Winning. Now he R’s counter and force them to turn over a treasure trove of material, including Servers and Emails!

The servers are key.
Democrats never allowed the FBI to examine them after they claimed the Russians hacked them.
The national party only allowed a private company to investigate the servers and that is where the allegations of Russian hacking originated.
If the servers are turned over to neutral investigators, and it is determined that the Russians did not hack into the DNC, then Mueller’s collusion probe should end.
Without the hacking, there is nothing to conspire about.
The Democrats’ move could end up vindicating the President and ending Mueller’s investigation all in one fell swoop.
