Democrats were left speechless.

And that’s because Joe Biden just learned this devastating news about his cognitive state.
Special counsel Robert Hur’s report on Joe Biden’s decades-long theft of classified documents detonated in Washington, D.C. like a nuclear bomb.
Hur found that Biden “willfully mishandled” classified documents that as a vice president and senator he had no right to possess.
But Hur reported he would not bring criminal charges against Biden.
Hur’s explanation as to why not had Democrats admitting Biden would be better off facing felony indictment.
In his report, Hur claimed Biden was too mentally incompetent to stand trial due to his cognitive decline.
“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur wrote.
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” Hur added.
Hur described several frightening episodes where a clearly senile Biden couldn’t remember when his tenure as vice president started or ended.
“In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’),” Hur continued.
Hur also described a sad scene where an impaired Biden couldn’t remember that his son Beau Biden died of brain cancer in 2015.
“He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him,” Hur stated.
The devastating report raised several serious questions.
First was the fact that Joe Biden’s Justice Department wants Donald Trump – Joe Biden’s likely election opponent – to die in prison for crimes it won’t prosecute Joe Biden for.
And the best defense Biden’s handpicked prosecutor can come up with for why it won’t indict Biden is because Biden’s in a vegetative state.
But secondly, and more importantly, Biden’s own Justice Department judges Biden to be too senile to stand trial.
If Biden is too senile to stand trial, how can he be mentally competent to run the country?
And if Biden’s own government knows his cognitive functions aren’t up to snuff, who is really calling the shots?
