The Deep State is pushing their plan to take down Donald Trump into the end game.
Rogue prosecutors are cooking up new ways to threaten the President with jail time unless he resigns from office.
And the latest bombshell was one judge making a comment about Trump being guilty of a felony that no one could believe.
Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano shocked many viewers on Wednesday when he claimed that Michael Cohen’s plea agreement to campaign finance violations indicate that prosecutors intend to charge Trump with conspiracy to violate federal campaign finance laws.
“Career prosecutors here in New York have evidence that the president of the United States committed a felony by ordering and paying Michael Cohen to break the law,” Judge Napolitano stated. “How do we know that? They told that to the federal judge. Under the rules, they can’t tell that to the federal judge unless they actually have that hardcore evidence. Under the rules, they can’t tell that to the federal judge unless they intend to do something with that evidence.”
These “hush money” payments were similar to John Edwards—who was paying a woman he was having an affair with and did not report it as a campaign expenditure.
A jury acquitted him on one charge and deadlocked on the others.
The law allows for these payments if they are expenses you would have incurred if you were not running for office.
In addition, Trump’s is not guilty of any wrongdoing if he did not know the law.
Cohen was the lawyer.
Trump trusted him to make the payments in a manner that complied with federal law.
“The felony is paying Michael Cohen to commit a felony. It’s pretty basic,” Napolitano said. “You pay someone to commit a crime, they commit the crime. You are liable, criminally liable for the commission of that crime. That’s what the prosecutors told the federal judge.”
Napolitano also said the prosecutors reaching an agreement with AMI – the parent company of the National Enquirer – to cooperate and spill their guts about Trump, “ties a bow on all of this.”
AMI made a $150,000 payment to 1998 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Karen MacDougal, to “catch and kill” her story that she allegedly had an affair with Trump a decade ago.
In their statement of cooperation with prosecutors, AMI’s CEO David Pecker admitted to making the payment in coordination with Trump’s campaign.
This is clearly a case of overzealous Democrat partisans in the Southern District of New York trying to force an ultimatum on Trump – resign or face criminal charges when you leave office.
If Trump quits, Mike Pence can pardon him the way Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon after Watergate.
The Mueller investigation has been a failure.
Anti-Trump forces in the government responded to that by now launching an effort to force Trump from office by criminalizing his personal life.
Many Americans believe Judge Napolitano has gone off the reservation.
The law and Trump’s defense are clear.
So no one can understand why he is siding with the Deep State in their attempted coup against the President.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
