Viewers could not believe what they saw on Fox News.
Megyn Kelly returned with some disturbing news on one giant sex scandal.
And Megyn Kelly admitted this truth about Brett Kavanaugh that had all hell breaking loose.
Liberal media bias was a major topic of conservation in Kelly’s juicy interview with Carlson.
One example Kelly brought up to show how biased infected the so-called “mainstream” is, was the treatment of allegations of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh and Harvey Weinstein.
Kelly ripped NBC because the liberal network “went to air with that story with far less trepidation than they showed in going to air on the Harvey Weinstein story.”
As proof, Kelly cited Julie Swetnick and her false allegations of Brett Kavanaugh’s role in parties where women were gang-raped.
“Let’s take Julie Swetnick, who was the completely discredited alleged third accuser against Kavanaugh,” Kelly told Carlson. “This is the woman whose story had tons of holes in it. There was a date rape and everybody saw it and then nobody saw it and she basically imploded on the air. She was an Avenatti client. Remember her?” Kelly asked Carlson.
NBC propped up Swetnick because she was represented by Trump antagonist Michael Avenatti and her allegations threatened to derail Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
But the allegations were all lies.
Swetnick gave contradictory accounts of her allegations against Kavanaugh, and one woman that Avenatti claimed would corroborate Swetnick’s charges later accused Avenatti of “twisting” her words.
Kelly contrasted NBC rushing Swetnick’s story to air without any supporting evidence to the deeply reported allegations against Hollywood producer – and major Democrat Party donor – Harvey Weinstein.
“They had tapes. They had witnesses. They had women on the record, Rose McGowan was just one of them. And there is a question of why, right?” Kelly asked. “Was it political as you suggest here? Was it something else? Was it to protect somebody internally? Someone who wasn’t the women of the company, right? Because here’s what Ronan [Farrow]’s suggesting, is that they covered up for one sexual predator, Harvey Weinstein, in order to protect another, Matt Lauer,” Kelly added.
The Kavanaugh and Weinstein episodes represent the worst examples of fake and corrupt news media bias.
So-called “journalists” beat their chests about reporting the news “without fear or favor” and how they don’t work to advance the interests of any political party.
No fair-minded American can believe that hogwash now that the details of how the fake and corrupt news media covered the Harvey Weinstein and Brett Kavanaugh stories are out for public consumption.
NBC – as well as their fellow ideological travelers in the fake and corrupt news media – gave a platform to women making fantastical but unsubstantiated claims against Kavanaugh because so-called “journalists” feared Kavanaugh would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade.
But when one of their liberal pals was accused of sexual misconduct, NBC slow-walked the story and dragged their feet even in the face of overwhelming evidence because they wanted to protect one of the left’s most high-profile donors and supporters.
