The Supreme Court is the Democrat Party’s number one target.
Laura Ingraham is sounding the alarm about what the left has up its sleeve.
And Kamala Harris is planning one Supreme Court sucker punch that is your worst nightmare.
Democrats are suddenly raising the prospect of packing the Supreme Court.
“We should seriously look at expanding the court while the Democrats are in power. You know, it used to be that you’d have one justice for each circuit. We now have 13 circuits. We should have 13 justices,” Hillary Clinton stated.
Kamala Harris told a crowd that “I believe that we need to expand the Supreme Court. We need more justices on the Supreme Court so that we can have a court that actually reinforces the spirit and principles behind the Constitution. We should be pushing for what is possible around changing the Electoral College. The popular vote has to matter.”
Even in red states, Democrats are running on court packing.
“The Supreme Court needs to be overhauled, and I’m open to a discussion about expanding the number of justices, Senate candidate James Talarico stated.
This isn’t just election season rhetoric to fire up the base.
Laura Ingraham broke down on her show how packing the Supreme Court is the Democrat Party’s ultimate power grab to end America as everyone knows it by turning the Supreme Court into a legal version of Hollywood or the media, which means an institution 100% controlled by the left that only exists to advance the left’s agenda.
“This isn’t about judicial reform or judicial ethics. This is about treating the court like any other political arm of the DNC. For decades, Democrats had no reason to criticize the court because, after all, the court was giving them win after win after win,” Ingraham stated.
Ingraham explained that, previously, the left had no issue with the court when it was handing down liberal rulings like ending school prayer or creating a fictional “right” to abort babies.
“It ended state-sponsored school prayer. It forced police to read Miranda warnings. It just made up a right to privacy out of thin air. It made abortion the law of the land, and of course, it found the death penalty to be unconstitutional. Then it allowed race to be used as a discriminatory factor in public decision-making, and it required states to educate children of illegals,” Ingraham stated.
Ingraham warned that America would cease to exist if Democrats packed the Supreme Court because a newly empowered leftist majority would give the go-ahead to end free speech and censor conservatives, banning and confiscating firearms, codifying anti-white racism into law, and creating a “right” to U.S. citizenship for illegal aliens.
“What could happen? Well, First Amendment free speech could be restricted, as in we see in the U.K. What else could happen? The Second Amendment, gun rights can be rolled back. What else could happen? DEI restrictions could be struck down as unconstitutional,” Ingraham added.
“Private property rights. We’re going to talk about those in a few moments; they will be eviscerated. Catch and release at the border will be mandated by this packed court. Deported illegal aliens will be returned, ordered to return to the United States by this packed court; a border fence will be ruled inhumane by a packed court. Abortion rights will be restored. Dobbs, that decision reversed,” Ingraham continued.
Ingraham also raised the specter of restoring taxpayer money for USAID, the government agency that weaponized taxpayer money to fund left-wing political parties abroad and woke culture wars at home.
“USAID, that agency will be totally restored, and radical NGOs will be back in business. And that’s just a starter. And of course, the woman who lost both the popular vote and the Electoral College has memorized her lines on all of this,’ Ingraham concluded.
Since President Trump defunded USAID, conservatives have won every election in South America, and rap music disappeared from the charts.
Court packing is the ultimate ball game for Democrats.
And party elites like Kamala Harris are putting Americans on notice that Democrats will pursue this path if they win in 2026 and 2028.
