From the moment President Trump took office and began slamming the border shut and cracking down on illegal immigration, Democrats mobilized rogue judges to impose judicial tyranny on America.
Every time President Trump signed an executive order, Democrats sprinted to the nearest left-wing judge who would promptly issue a ruling, many times without even hearing arguments, blocking Trump’s agenda.
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller slammed this scheme as “judicial insurrection” since judges were handing down lawless rulings where they declared that they, and not Donald Trump, were the actual President.
What this meant in practice is that Trump needed to go 677-0 in distinct courts to implement the policies Americans voted for.
The latest example of the outlaw judiciary tearing down American democracy came when Obama Judge Allison Burroughs issued a ruling mandating that President Trump restore legal status to 900,000 illegal aliens that Joe Biden granted amnesty to using the CBP One app.
CBP One was originally an app designed for streamlining legitimate travel and cargo processing for border officials and travelers at official ports of entry.
This allowed illegal aliens to schedule an appointment to present themselves at the border, where Biden would grant them asylum under a parole scam that allowed them to enter the country and work while their cases languished in the system for years on end.
“During the Biden administration, nearly 900,000 immigrants used the app to make appointments with immigration officials at ports of entry in the hope of later applying for humanitarian parole or other forms of immigration relief that would allow them to enter the country. Those who were granted parole were allowed to temporarily receive work authorization while their cases were adjudicated,” ABC News reported.
Trump ended this scheme on day one by turning CBP One into an app to assist illegal aliens in self-deportation.
Fox News Channel correspondent Bill Melugin expressed disbelief at the ramifications of this ruling.
Melugin explained that under this ruling, a Democrat President could invent an amnesty scheme, but a Republican President was barred from ending it.
“Remarkable. The Biden administration created out of thin air a pathway on a cell phone app for roughly 900,000 migrants from around the world to bypass the Rio Grande and enter the U.S. at ports of entry.
Trump revoked their legal status on day one. A federal judge now says no,” Melugin wrote on X.
According to Judge Burroughs, it is unconstitutional for Donald Trump to exercise the powers of the Presidency.
