Joe Biden’s mounting scandals are ever-growing political and legal problems.
Now Biden is facing a major crisis.
Joe Biden just got some bad news at the one time he could not afford it.
Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed friendly U.S. Attorney David Weiss as special counsel in the Hunter Biden probe in a move Repbulicans blasted as the latest step in the weaponized justice system covering up for the Biden family corruption.
Pressure is mounting on Republicans to launch an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden as investigations collect damning evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter Biden’s business deals in Ukraine and other foreign countries.
Amid this backdrop of growing scandal Joe Biden announced White House counsel Stuart Delery resigned.
“Stuart Delery has been a trusted adviser and a constant source of innovative legal thinking since Day One of my Administration,” Biden stated.
“From his work during those early days of COVID-19 and efforts to get life-saving vaccines to the American public to the implementation of major legislative accomplishments such as the American Rescue Plan, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the Inflation Reduction Act, he has been an integral part of my team and will be missed throughout the Administration,” Biden continued.
There is an old saying in Washington that a turtle didn’t end up on a fence post by accident.
And many wondered if Delery’s resignation had something to do with the fact that the House Oversight Committee uncovered emails showing that when Joe Biden was vice president and in charge of Ukraine policy, he used an alias, Robert L. Peters, on emails that copied in Hunter Biden on administration subject matter relating to Ukraine.

Joe Biden and his top advisors likely understand they are staring down the barrel of an impeachment inquiry when Congress returns in September.
The evidence is too overwhelming and congressional Republicans are under pressure to show they can fight back against the Democrats and hold Joe Biden accountable.
Biden and his team may think they need a “wartime” consigliere for the upcoming impeachment battle, which is also likely to involve court cases that could spill over into the criminal realm.
If that is the case, then the White House may be on the lookout for more of a bare-knuckle brawler.
