Joe Biden’s Presidential bid is constantly skating on thin ice.
The former Vice President leads the national polls, but trails in the key early states which means the bottom can fall out at any time.
And things just went from bad to worse when Joe Biden instantly regretted making this campaign-changing gaffe.
Donald Trump scored a tremendous victory for America when he ordered an airstrike that killed the murderous terrorist Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.
Soleimani was not just any ordinary General.
As the leader of Iran’s elite Quds Force, Soleimani was the second most powerful man in Iran.
Soleimani operated as a combination of the Vice President and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as Soleimani planned and organized all of Iran’s proxy terrorist forces across the globe.
President Trump destroyed Soleimani after Soleimani ordered militia terrorists to storm the U.S. embassy in Baghdad to create chaos after the U.S. bombed the militia in retaliation for killing a U.S. contractor.
Most Americans celebrated this as good news.
But not Joe Biden.
The former Vice President released a statement blasting Donald Trump for bringing to justice a terrorist that was responsible for the deaths of over 600 American soldiers.
“No American will mourn Qassem Soleimani’s passing. He deserved to be brought to justice for his crimes against American troops and thousands of innocents throughout the region. He supported terror and sowed chaos,” Biden ranted. “None of that negates the fact that this is a hugely escalatory move in an already dangerous region.”
Biden outrageously argued that killing the mastermind of Iran’s global military strategy would not prevent future attacks.
“The Administration’s statement says that its goal is to deter a future attack by Iran, but this action almost certainly will have the opposite effect,” the former Vice President continued. “President Trump just tossed a stick of dynamite into a tinderbox, and he owes the American people an explanation of the strategy and plan to keep safe our troops and embassy personnel, our people and our interests, both here at home and abroad, and our partners through the region and beyond,” Biden added.
“I’m not privy to the intelligence and much remains unknown, but Iran will surely respond. We could be on the brink of a major conflict across the Middle East. I hope the Administration has thought through the second-and-third order consequences of the path they have chosen. But I fear this Administration has not demonstrated at any turn the discipline or long-term vision necessary — and the stakes could not be higher,” he concluded.
The Obama-Biden administration removed Soleimani from the list of Iranian officials that faced sanctions and sent pallets full of cash to Tehran so the rogue government could fund terrorist operations around the world.
Biden also opposed the raid that killed Osama bin Laden.
If Biden faces Trump in a general election, Biden will have to explain why he opposes killing terrorist leaders and instead supports funding their operations.
