24 Democrats are in the race to take on Donald Trump next November.
But there is one Democrat that could be the President’s strongest challenger.
And all hell broke loose when Rush Limbaugh revealed who could defeat Trump in 2020.
The sprawling Democrat field is not very compelling.
The top tier candidates are either ancient or shallow cardboard cutouts campaigning on identity politics as their main qualification for office.
Despite the meaningless horserace polls – head-to-head matchups 500 days out from an election mean nothing – showing Democrats running strong against Trump that deep down many Democrat strategists know better.
Trump is running with a booming economy and relative peace abroad at his back.
New York Times election analyst Nate Cohen ran the numbers and found that because of the strength of Trump’s base in key swing states that the President could lose the popular vote by as many as five million votes – nearly twice as many as Trump lost by in 2016 – and still win re-election.
Trump’s Electoral College edge endures heading into 2020, and it could grow further–potentially allowing him to win the presidency while losing the national vote by 5 points or more https://t.co/aUIQ0SAvHc

There is only one Democrat that could put together the type of coalition to defeat Trump: Michelle Obama.
And Rush Limbaugh used a recent poll listing the former First Lady as the most admired woman in America as the jumping off point to predict Michelle Obama would jump into the Presidential race.
“There’s also this story in the New York Daily News. Michelle Obama… By the way, don’t be surprised if she gets in the Democrat presidential primary race after the primaries. Don’t be surprised. I think the Obamas are looking at this as, “The primaries? That’s beneath us. We’re not gonna enter the primaries.” They’ll let these people fight it out, spend all their money, and then when it looks like none of them has a chance of beating Trump, here comes Michelle (My Belle) Obama at the latter moments of the campaign to jump into the fray and save the day for the Democrat Party,” Limbaugh began.
Limbaugh concluded, “Do not be surprised if this happens. Headline, New York Daily News: ‘Michelle Obama Is ‘Most Admired’ Woman in the World, New Poll Says — According to a recent YouGov.com poll, which surveyed 42,000 people in 41 countries, the former First Lady topped the list as the ‘Most Admired Woman in the World.’’ She even beat out her BFF, The Oprah. Now, what does this mean? Does it actually mean that Michelle Obama is the most admired woman in the world? Well, maybe. But it means to me that we are greatly lacking in female heroes, and that only leftist women are promoted in ways that would make people admire them. But, I mean, if this is the case, there must be a small pool of people out there to choose from.”
Michelle Obama did nothing to tamp down this speculation.
Obama fired off a tweet attacking the President for pointing out that four Democrat Congresswomen – nicknamed “The Squad” – harbored anti-American beliefs.
“What truly makes our country great is its diversity. I’ve seen that beauty in so many ways over the years. Whether we are born here or seek refuge here, there’s a place for us all. We must remember it’s not my America or your America. It’s our America,” the former First Lady tweeted.
That tweet and the poll led many – like Limbaugh – to believe that if the Democrat field continued to flounder that after the primaries were over, Michelle Obama would swoop in at the convention and lay her claim to the nomination by vote of the delegates.
