Hillary Clinton just got some very bad news.
A judge issued a key ruling on a case involving her private email server.
And she was blindsided by a new legal threat that places her in maximum jeopardy.
The watchdog group Judicial Watch sued the State Department for access to more documents and testimony surrounding Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Clinton and her cronies thought she was free and clear of this scandal after the Department of Justice’s Inspector General released his report on the FBI’s conduct during the investigation.
The original FBI investigation into Clinton’s conduct was a whitewash to fool people into thinking they weren’t electing a criminal as the next President of the United States.
Judicial Watch saw through this phony baloney “investigation” and sued to get the truth.
U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth agreed.
He fired off a blistering opinion shredding the Department of Justice and State Department for flagrant misconduct.
Lamberth accused the two agencies of ‘colluding’ to protect Hillary Clinton.
“State played this card close to its chest,” Judge Lamberth wrote. “At best, State’s attempts to pass-off its deficient search as legally adequate during settlement negotiations was negligence born out of incompetence. At worst, career employees in the State and Justice Departments colluded to scuttle public scrutiny of Clinton, skirt FOIA and hoodwink this court.”
Judge Lamberth wrote that he hated the fact that he was “questioning the intentions of the nation’s most august” departments in the federal government, but that both the State and the DOJ’s conduct “smacks of outrageous misconduct.”
In addition, Judge Lamberth did not spare Hillary Clinton in his opinion.
The Judge blasted her use of a private email server as “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
Now Clinton and her allies in the State Department and DOJ face a new deadline.
Judge Lamberth ordered the government’s lawyers to meet with Judicial Watch by December 17 and provide answers to determining whether, “Clinton used a private email to stymie FOIA, whether State’s attempts to settle the case in 2014 and 2015 amounted to bad faith, and whether State’s subsequent searches have been adequate.”
Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ leadership of the DOJ was also questioned.
Lamberth accused DOJ lawyers of lying in an October hearing when the State Department told him they had produced all of Clinton’s emails.
The Judge ripped the DOJ and blasted them for making things worse.
The failure of the DOJ to properly investigate and prosecute Hillary Clinton for clear and obvious crimes is why many Trump supporters turned against Jeff Sessions.
Sessions allowed Hillary Clinton and other Deep State connected criminals to walk away without facing any consequences for their illegal actions.
But thanks to Judge Lamberth, additional fact finding into Hillary Clinton’s misconduct will occur.
And the American people may finally learn the truth about her reckless and illegal conduct.
