Malia Obama even did an internship when she was 19 years old at Weinstein’s production company where her job was “reading through scripts and deciding which ones move on to Weinstein brass.”
Weinstein visited the White House dozens of times while Obama was President.
If it were just a newly exposed secret, there might be some excuse for Obama’s friendship with Weinstein but the rumors and reports were out there for years.
In 2015 while Obama was still President, Jordan Sargent wrote “rumors of the powerful producer leveraging his industry power for sexual satisfaction—consensual or otherwise—have tended to remain unaired, confined to hushed conversation and seedier gossip-blog comment threads.”
Also in 2015, The New York Times reported that Weinstein was questioned by authorities “after a 22-year-old woman accused him of touching her inappropriately.”
The information was out there, and Obama had the resources to look into the allegations that surrounded Weinstein, but Obama chose to look the other way and sent his 19-year-old daughter to work for him.
“I will say the people who liked him were the Democrats. Michelle Obama loved him — loved him. Hillary Clinton loved him, and he gave tremendous money to the Democrats,” President Trump said from New Delhi, India.

Indeed, Harvey Weinstein had given $10,000 to Bill Clinton’s legal defense fund during the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal. The Clinton Foundation accepted some $250,000 in contributions from Weinstein. When asked, the organization said it couldn’t return the money because it had been used. The campaign for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said in October 2017 that he would keep the more than $60,000 in donations he received from Harvey Weinstein. Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Martin Heinrich (D-NM), Charles Schumer (D-NY), and Cory Booker (D-NJ), all said they would donate contributions they received from Weinstein over the years to charitable causes.
Yet all the powerful Democrats he funded aren’t enough to keep him out of prison as the allegations have piled up against him.
Over eighty women have accused him of sexual harassment, assault or rape.
The 67-year-old is facing up to 29 years in prison for raping one woman and sexually assaulting another.
Trump said that the criminal conviction was a “great victory” for women.
Obama’s and Clinton’s friendship with Weinstein shows how deeply depraved the Democrats’ leadership is.
