Obama is terrified now that the Russian investigation backfired on him in a devastating way.
Now he’s the one that could go off to prison.
Barack Obama got hit with one huge demand that has him shaking with fear.
There’s no way that President Obama was justified in having the FBI set up Michael Flynn to try to get him prosecuted or fired.
If Trump had ever tried doing something like that to a political opponent, he would be impeached again.
“Remember we went through this thing called impeachment? They said President Trump was using the government to go after a political opponent? This is Vice President Biden using the spying powers of the US to go after a political opponent. He’s caught red-handed here.” Sen. Rand Paul pointed out.
If there had been actual evidence that Michael Flynn was colluding with the Russians then the FBI would have been justified in wiretapping his phone conversations.
However, there was no evidence and the information was never used to clear the Trump campaign of the ridiculous claims that were started by the Clinton campaign and the DNC.
Spying against the Trump campaign was bad enough, what Obama did with the information was even worse.
He lied to the American people and tried to put an innocent man in prison.
Obama isn’t backing off, he still wants Flynn to get thrown in prison.
“The fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for somebody who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free,” Obama said. “That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic, not just institutional norms, but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.”
Obama’s a lawyer, he should understand that the case against Flynn is now nonexistent.
He’s desperate because he knows that he’s coming under investigation next.
Senate Republicans on the Judiciary Committee are already looking for Obama officials to testify as they look into the origins of the Russian investigation.
A source told Fox News that the committee wants “former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan to testify before the committee.”
Sen. Lindsey Graham, who chairs the committee, has already stated that he wants former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to testify.
The source continued that the committee is planning to subpoena the Obama officials who refuse to testify.
“This is a multilevel puzzle,” the source said to Fox. “They are looking at layer upon layer, and you have to be able to tell the story of exactly what was going on, and who was doing what, when, and why.”

The American people deserve answers about the underhanded way Obama attacked Trump and the members of Trump’s team.
There needs to be an end once and for all to the lies that Obama has been spreading.
