Fox News host Mark Levin is attempting to stoke a GOP civil war.
Levin is already eyeing the 2028 Republican Party Presidential primary.
And Mark Levin just assaulted Charlie Kirk’s memory with one unthinkable attack.
Mark Levin’s been sniping at Vice President JD Vance for months now.
Levin’s demanded Vance publicly denounce Tucker Carlson, smeared Vance as an isolationist, attacked the memorandum of understanding Vance negotiated with Iran at President Trump’s behest, and falsely claimed Vance was a socialist for supporting policies that make it easier for families to raise kids.
Now Levin is targeting Turning Point USA and hinting that they are breaking federal election law, with the group looking to honor Charlie Kirk’s final political mission, which was getting JD Vance elected in 2028.
Erika Kirk already endorsed Vance at last year’s AmFest.
“We are going to get my husband’s friend JD Vance elected,” Kirk told the crowd.
Electing Vance was Charlie’s mission.
“The last thing that Charlie Kirk texted me was ‘JD has to win,’” podcaster Benny Johnson stated.
Turning Point officials expressed their commitment to seeing Charlie’s goal to fruition,
“If you believe in JD that much, that’s even more motivation to work our butts off and throw the kitchen sink at this thing,” Tyler Bowyer, the chief operating officer for Turning Point Action, declared. “We’re going to do everything we possibly can to win (in 2026) because so much is at stake — in this case, getting JD to run.”
Turning Point spokesman Andrew Kolvet admitted voters had become disenchanted with the Trump administration “and that’s especially true among young voters,” he told CNN.
Kolvet said the young voters, especially young men, that Trump won over in 2024 drifted away from the GOP over the war in Iran and the cost of housing, and that Vance was the one Republican who could win them back thanks to his populist economic agenda and America First foreign policy.
“They are telling us they are worried about housing, affordability, foreign policy, etc.,” Kolvet added. “But if anyone has the political talent and ability to address their needs, wants, and concerns directly ahead of the midterms, it’s President Trump and JD Vance.”
This enraged Levin, who raged on social media that Turning Point gamed the federal tax code by registering as a nonprofit while engaging in political activities.
“If true, then TPUSA should identify as a PAC,” Levin wrote on X.
Turning Point Action field representative Tyler Cain corrected Levin by breaking down the various Turning Point entities, their tax-code status, and what each was allowed to do.
“Mark: Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that gives college students a forum for free speech on campuses. Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) that can endorse candidates. And Turning Point PAC is our PAC. I would expect you to understand the difference between these designations,” Cain posted in response to Levin.
Levin was a Never Trumper in 2016 and opposed Trump in 2024.
Other Never Trumpers such as Dana Loesch, Ben Shapiro, and the leadership at National Review are joining Levin in this shadow campaign against JD Vance because they want to eliminate the Trump influence from the GOP and return the Republican Party to the Bush-era status quo that existed before Donald Trump began running for President.
